:: Each Frame Relay access line includes one (1) PVC. For additional PVCs, there is a setup fee of $10 and monthly charges as follows:

	2-10 PVC $8.00 per PVC
	11-20 PVC $7.00 per PVC
	21 or more PVC $6.00 per PVC

:: Default CIR on Frame Relay is 25%. Hawaii Link supports up to 50% CIR for these fees. For 75% or 100% CIR, please contact us for price information.
